Is Elements 10 sufficient for most of these techniques?
I don’t know anything about Elements! Sorry. I use actions and blending layers and normal editing tools but I am not sure if it will work for you. You can download a free copy of Photoshop for a month from Adobe so that you can see how much you will love the real thing, though!
Does it matter which version of Photoshop you’re using? I am currently working from CS4.

They will email me the list on Saturday after the deal closes….then I email everyone!
I don’t get the list until after the deal closes. I think she explains that in one of the bullet points on the deal page.
